In this restaurant, at the end of the room to the right of Susan, there were steaks on ice in a glass showcase and the chef was right there in the room cooking them on an open grill. The customers all get to observe their steaks being prepared.
Here are Charles and Susan at the Cattlemen's Restaurant in Fort Worth, Texas during our Cleburne trip. Jim Speltz was also there with us, on the other side of the camera.
