THE GOOD GUYS:
Vendors Who Are Friendly, Caring, and Helpful

Citrus Country Groves
28009 State Road 54 West
Wesley Chapel, FL 33543-9127

These guys ship oranges and grapefruits all over the country.  They get a super thumbs up because they are willing to replace any fruit that do not arrive okay.

Their service is quick and there is a convenient form that comes with each box of fruit for comments and and/or replacement.  Plus, their oranges and grapefruit are delicious!  It is a great idea to send a box of oranges or grapefruit or a combination of both as a gift to someone you care about.  Susan and I receive such a gift each year and we really enjoy them.

THE BAD GUYS:
Vendors To Be Totally Avoided

Toyota of Nashua
Nashua, NH

I have avoided this establishment completely after what happened to me there.  My wife and I had recently purchased a 2001 Toyota Corolla there.  With the car, came a book of coupons, including one for an oil change.  I dropped the car off for the oil change and asked about using the coupon (there was a sign that said the coupon had to be shown first).  I specifically asked to just have the oil changed.  The individual writing up the order (or someone there) took it upon themselves to put me down for the complete service check or some such work that ended up costing over $80 instead of the approximately $20 I expected to pay.  When I indicated there had been a mistake a very cavalier attitude was taken on the employee's part.

Interestingly enough, another customer had a similar complaint about being overcharged for their work while I was waiting for my car to be finished.  I didn't think I'd end up in that same boat when I heard that going on.  But I find it to be an indication of how that establishment does business.

I paid the eighty some-odd dollars and left.  I have not returned there since.  I continue to get advertisements from them and find it incredible that they can't even spell my name correctly on their ads.  And I suppose they expect me to go there and get taken again?

I believe I have convinced several other people so far to purchase their new Toyotas at dealers other than that one.  I know I have convinced others to not have their service done at Toyota of Nashua.

I felt their service department was outright deceptive and dishonest.
