Susan Oropallo graduated from Greenfield High School as Susan Franklin in Greenfield, Massachusetts.

Susan earned her Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from Elmira College in Elmira, New York. Here's a link to Elmira on the icon at the right.

Susan later went on to earn her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in Human Resource Management from New Hampshire College in Manchester, New Hampshire.  Over the years, New Hampshire College changed its name to Southern New Hampshire University. In addition to being a trained, certified Lead Facilitator for the Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP) in New Hampshire, Susan was the AVP-NH Facility Coordinator for the New Hampshire State Prison for men in Concord, New Hampshire, for many years since June 1999. She has facilitated workshops in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Nigeria. She's was previously one of the people to contact to find out how you can attend a three day workshop on nonviolent conflict resolution at no charge. While these are not happening now, perhaps interest will increase in the future to revive AVP in New Hampshire. Susan was employed at Brookstone Company from October 5th, 1987, when Brookstone was located in Peterborough, New Hampshire. She retired as the Brookstone Payroll Manager at the company's headquarters in Nashua, New Hampshire. You can visit the Brookstone website by clicking on the logo at the left. Brookstone has a huge selection of goods available online.

Susan is a long standing American Payroll Association member. She earned her CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) on October 12, 2002. More information about the American Payroll Association can be found on their website by clicking the logo on the right.

Susan was also an independent representative for the world's largest direct seller of telecommunications products. She handled local and long distance telephone services, digital VOIP telephone services, digital video phone (videophones) services, cell phones (cellphones), wireless broadband (air cards or aircards), satellite TV, and security systems.
